Moshe Feldenkrais created thousands of ingenious movement lessons to address the diversity of human functioning. The lessons will be taught from a variety of transcripts including the Alexander Yanai series, San Francisco Evening Notes, Amherst, Quest, NY and more... While some of these lessons involve challenging movements, if you move with attention and within your own range of comfort you will find rich learning and improvement regardless of your ability to perform every movement. Meaning- if you can take care of yourself, you can do any of the lessons (even in your imagination).
